O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the District Munsif, Palladam to take up the Civil Suit in OS.No.402 of 2004 for trial and to dispose of the same on merits and accordance with law, within a time frame.

2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner present and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Further, the learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
