ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petitions, the respondent authorities have promoted the petitioners to the post of PG Assistant to Assistant, as such, the grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and thus no further orders are necessary.

2. The petitioners who are present in the court in person also confirmed

the aforesaid submission made by the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since during the pendency of the present writ petitions, the respondents having promoted the petitioners to the post of PG Assistant, the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petitions stand redressed and no further orders are necessary.

4. Accordingly, the writ petitions are closed.
