ORDER
This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to condoning the delay of about 566 days in preferring Criminal Revision before the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai against the dismissal of the private complaint filed by the petitioner in S.R.No.757 of 2015 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore at Chennai. 3/6
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
