(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has challenged the sale notice dated 28.4.2014 published in Dinamani (Vellore Edition) and prays that the same be quashed.
2. The learned counsel for the first respondent bank states that the matter is settled on account of the compromise entered into between the parties on 4.2.2015 and he states that the account of the petitioner is closed.
