..Respondent/ Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to amend the petition and order copy of "The Dean or Medical Officer, Government Medical College Hospital, Chidambaram instead of The Dean or Medical Officer, Government Medical College Hospital, Cuddalore" and satisfaction court as "The District Munsif -cum - Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli instead of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore" in Crl.O.P.No.10432 of 2026 order dated on 28/04/2026.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to amend the petition and order copy to read as "The Dean or Medical Officer, Government Medical College Hospital, Chidambaram" instead of "The Dean or Medical Officer, Government Medical College Hospital, Cuddalore" and the satisfaction court as "The District Munsif -cum - Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli" instead of "learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore" in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10432 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026 on the file of this court. 2.Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition, only the name of the hospital authority and the satisfaction court have been wrongly mentioned, which fact was not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition and order copy dated 28.04.2026 and issue a fresh certified copy of the corrected

order to the parties.

4.Further, a time of two weeks is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for complying with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10432 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026.
