This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent-Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.
3. Since there is no adverse order is being passed as against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
4. On a perusal for the records, it is seen that dispute between the parties is with regard to money transaction. Hence, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. If the fourth respondent is having any claim over the petitioner, let him work out his remedy before the competent civil Court.
5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
