This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 05.06.2024 and consequently change the name in property tax within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2024 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
