ORDER
This petition is filed to order for transfer of the investigation pertaining to FIR in Crime No.3 of 2024 from the file of the first respondent to the second respondent to proceed with the investigation.
2. Though sufficient opportunity has been given, the first respondent has not filed counter affidavit till date.

3. A perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioner shows that there are prima-facie materials to transfer the investigation from the file of the first respondent to the file of the second respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to hand-over the files to the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to continue/complete the investigation and file chargesheet before the Court concerned within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
