ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitar, 2023, seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 16.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6629 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.34406 of 2026.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the earlier order, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police on alternative days at 10:30 a.m. until further orders. He further submits that the petitioner has been strictly complying with the said condition without any deviation and seeks relaxation of the same.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent police submits that in view of the nature of offence (offence U/s. 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act) he prays to modify the Condition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10:00 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 21-05-2026 SHA
