(CRIME NO.1/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner / Accused in Crl.M.P.No.7657/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5209/2021 dated 11.08.2021 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court vide order dated 11.08.2021 had relaxed the conditions as sought for in the prayer in Crl.M.P.No. 7657 of 2021.
