This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to direct the first respondent, Deputy Commissioner Police, Pulianthope Police District to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.1821 of 2013 from the third respondent, The Inspector of Police, (L&O), P2 Police Station to the investigating Authority under the control of second respondent, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pulianthope Police Zone or to have the investigation done by any other suitable Officer, in accordance with law.
