..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal representation dated 01.10.2020 within stipulated period, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to survey of house plot properties and thereby assigned PATTA document in the petitioner's son favor by separately based on the registered settlement document dated 17.05.2011, vide document No. 1228/2011.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.10.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and for issuance of patta in his name.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has fixed the date for enquiry on 19.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present for enquiry along with all the relevant documents and a decision will be taken within the time fixed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
