ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B and 420 IPC/ 61(2) and 318(4) of BNS in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submits that a petition enquiry is pending.

3.In view of the same, the respondent Police shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent Police shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police. Till the conclusion of enquiry, the respondent Police shall not arrest the petitioners.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
