This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order and decretal order passed in RCA.No.691 of 2007 dated 12.01.2010 on the file 1/4

of VII Small Causes Court, Chennai, confirming the order and decretal order passed in RCOP.No.978 of 2006 dated 01.10.2007 on the file of XII Small Causes Court at Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 27.01.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 01.02.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 01.02.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
