ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders in the proceedings Na.Ka.A1/5281/20189 dated 01.02.2019, which was pending on its file.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for

the official respondent submitted that the first respondent had already passed an order pursuant to the said proceedings on 13.01.2020 itself, and hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
