(Judgment was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present writ appeal has been instituted challenging the writ order dated 07.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.7252 of 2025.
2. The respondents 5 and 6 in the writ petitioner filed present appeal before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the 1 st respondent / writ petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petition was filed by the 1 st respondent challenging the order dated 03.01.2025 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Attur, Salem District.
4. The said order was set aside by the Writ Court and the matter was sent back to the RDO / 4 th respondent. During the pendency of the present appeal, the District Revenue Officer (DRO), Salem / Appellate Authority conducted an inquiry by affording opportunity to all the parties and passed final orders in proceedings dated 18.07.2025. Pertinently, the appellants participated in the inquiry proceedings conducted by the DRO, Salem / Appellate authority.
5. The order reveals that an inquiry was undertaken pursuant to the writ order dated 07.04.2025 in W.P.No.7252 of 2025. In view of the final order passed by the DRO, Salem, no further adjudication on merits needs to be undertaken by this Court in present writ appeal. If at all any grievance exists to Page No.3 of 6
either of the party, they are at liberty to workout their remedy, as rightly stated by the Writ Court in the three suits pending before the Competent Court.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
