Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to give Police Protection to the Petitioner to take all the belongings of the Petitioner's family which is lying in the room at respondents 4 & 5 Mill as per the complaint dated 07.12.2013 pending before the 3rd Respondent.

O R D E R

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give Police Protection to the petitioner to take all the belongings of the petitioner's family, which is lying in the 4th and 5th respondents' Mill as per the complaint dated 07.12.2013 lodged before the third respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned as and when necessity arises.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
