ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that to "the Petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in the date of Order dated 12.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.7908 of 2025.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
