PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to initiate appropriate departmental and criminal action based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.4.2014 against the 6th respondent herein for having procured employment by producing a bogus 'priority quota certificate'.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to initiate appropriate departmental and criminal action based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.4.2014 against the 6th respondent for having procured employment by producing a bogus 'priority quota certificate'.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the competent authorities have initiated disciplinary proceedings against the sixth respondent.

3. The said fact is stated in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents. In view of the fact that the disciplinary proceedings were already initiated against the sixth respondent, no further consideration is required.
