ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3, to take action on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A6/2203/2013 dated 01.08.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's complaint, enquiry was conducted, following which, charge memo was issued on 05.12.2014; transfer proceedings was also issued on 19.12.2014; and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
