Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Ceriorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to the impugned Tender notification in SA/C.300/VPS/Tender/Vol.II, dated 23.03.2013 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondent to follow the police decision of the Railway Board for assigning the work of collecting the fee for parking space at Tiruppur Railway Station.
