Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 30.01.2020 in W.P.No.17780 of 2017, final order has been passed on 03.09.2020 and the petitioner has been de-listed from Indian Bank Association Caution List.

2. Since the order has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
