This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit against the defendants 7 and 14 in the suit. The suit relates to election of the first respondent namely, the Film and Television Producers Guild of South India. The office of the first respondent is situate within the jurisdiction of this Court and the respondent 7 and 14 are residing and carrying on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the office of the first respondent situate within the jurisdiction of this Court and the cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed granting leave to the plaintiff to institute the suit as against the defendants 7 and 14 in this Court. 09.08.2019 kkn 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
