However, he seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Appellate Court by filing a regular appeal as against the impugned order dated 30.03.2026 in IA No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.125 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Pollachi. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as not pressed by granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner to enable the petitioner to file the regular appeal.
