O R D E R

This Court by order dated 20.07.2017 dismissed this writ petition as infructuous, in view of the fact that the prayer sought for in this writ petition had not been answered.

2. Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that even though the matter has become infructuous, yet Section 13 of the Sexual Harassment Act had not been complied with, inasmuch as the petitioner has not been given a copy of the report, which the petitioner is entitled to. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The copy of the report was filed before this Court on 19.12.2018, by the learned counsel for the second respondent. 4.Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to take any further action in accordance with law on the report dated 23.4.2013. The time spent during the pendency of the Writ Petition in W.P.No.34958 of 2013 will be taken into account for calculating the limitation for any other action which, the petitioner is entitled for.
