A.No. 5027 of 2019 has been filed seeking to implead the applicant as one of the petitioners in the above original petition in O.P.No. 1082 of 2018 was allowed on 19.07.2019. However, instead of directing to implead the applicant as the second petitioner, he has been directed to be impleaded as respondent in the main original petition. It is a mistake that has crept in. Hence, the same is corrected and the applicant in A.No.5027 of 2019 is impleaded as second petitioner in the main original petition. Counsel is permitted to carry out the amendment.
