The prayer sought for in the present petition is to set aside the fair and decreetal Order dated 14.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.301 of 2014 in O.S.No.80 of 2004 on the file of the Sub-Court, Gobichettipalayam.
2. Heard, Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Devnarendran, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 7.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner/third defendant submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
