The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 184 days in preferring the present Criminal Revision Case against the Judgment in C.A.No.6 of 2019 dated 03.08.2020 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore partly confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II (Magisterial Level), Coimbatore in C.C.No.291 of 2014 dated 01.12.2018.

2. Notice served and the counsel for the respondent has also entered appearance and he has not raised any objection. Further, it is stated by both the Counsel that the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the petition to condone the delay is ordered.
