The Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against the order dated 31.01.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, I Additional Mahila Court, Alandur, in M.C.No.34 of 2022, thereby directed the petitioner to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month, in favour of the respondent.

It is seen from the records that, on 03.07.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, no one was present before this Court on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 04.07.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". On 04.07.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also, no one is represented on behalf of the petitioner either by person nor through counsel. 3.
