JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and made necessary endorsement in the case bundle, which reads as under : "The appeal may be disposed as the appellant is approaching HR&CE Department for his relief of appointing him as hereditary trustee. Liberty is seeking to approach the Department of HR&CE."

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to work out his remedies under the HR&CE Act. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
