The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.1382 of 2011 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.1382 of 2011, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.185 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.
