This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents or their subordinates to withdraw the maximum demand charges for the months of March 2020 to October 2020 in the bills of the Petitioner and assess the same at 20% or to the extent of recorded demand and also to raise the monthly bills accordingly and also not to levy Power factor penalty during the Lock down period.

The issue that has been raised in the present writ petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in WP.
