The Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 28.05.2019 seeking regularization of the services of the petitioner herein on completion of ten years of casual labour services in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench made in W.A.No.493 of 2016 dated 25.04.2016 and W.A.No.631 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as NMR/Mazdoor in the office of the 4th respondent on 01.01.1996. He has been continuously working right from 1996. Till date his service has not been regularized and the State Government passed a G.O.Ms.No.22 P&AR dated 28.02.2006 in which it is stated that person, who are appointed as NMR/Mazdoor continuously working and completed 10 years of service as on 01.01.2006, they are entitled to regularization. However, the respondent has not considered the petitioner's representation till date. Hence, the Writ Petition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners have given a representation, the same has not been considered.
5.Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that if the 4th respondent may recommend for regularization of petitioner's service to the first respondent, an appropriate order will be passed, after considering the petitioner's representation.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ petition stands disposed of. This Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2019 and pass an appropriate order within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
