Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. The private respondents appeared to have applied for grant of electricity connection for the petition mentioned premises. The petitioner has some reservations. The petitioner has given objections in this regard on 01.04.2026. I direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take the petitioner's objections into account before considering the application submitted by the private respondents for grant of service connection. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. I also make it clear that I am not foreclosing any of the contentions raised by the private respondents. The only direction now given to the respondents 1 to 3 is that the writ petitioner's objections should be disposed of as per law.
3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
