This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 169 days in filing application to review the order in W.P.No.31379 of 2017.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition by the Member (Teacher Eligibility Test) of the 4th respondent, the Teachers Recruitment Board at Chennai, it had been stated that the papers had been mixed with other bundles though opinion had been received from the Special Government Pleader that review should be filed. In view of the reason that the papers could not be traced within the limitation period a delay had occurred.

In view of the same, the delay is condoned. This petition is allowed. The Registry may number the Review Application, if it is otherwise in order.
