Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10537 of 2021 dated 17.06.2021 as to the petitioner shall report to the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders instead of the condition that the petitioner report before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MAGESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 17.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 17.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every hearing date. All other conditions remain unaltered.
