ORDER

This Court vide order dated 10.06.2026 had directed the Investigating Officer to appear before this Court on 15.06.2026 on the ground that despite the interim protection granted by this Court on 21.05.2026, the respondent police remanded the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the Investigating Officer concerned was present in person. He submitted that the petitioner was remanded on account of a miscommunication and upon the fact that the order of this Court was not uploaded at that point of time.

3. Having satisfied with the explanation offered by the Investing Officer and upon the fact that the Petitioner was already enlarged on bail, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Under the circumstances, the Investigating Officer is directed to be more careful and diligent in the future. 15-06-2026 SHL To:
