Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the second respondent's order made in Proceedings Nadapaanai No.Oo.Se.PO.3/47/2018-1 dated 29.6.2018 and the consequential order made in Nadapaanai No.Oo.Se.PO.3/47/2018-2 dated 4.7.2018, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to revise and re-fix the pay as had been already fixed as per Rules and Government Orders and other benefits arising thereto.
