PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass a considered order on the application given by the petitioner on 14.09.2015 and consequential relief by way of direction directing the first respondent not to deal with the property by way of encumbering or entertaining any kind of deeds such as Sale Deed, Power of Attorney from the 2nd and 3rd respondents pertaining to petition property measuring an extent of 19.5 cents in survey No. 51/1A, New survey No.51/1A2 & 1A3, Seevaram village, Perungudi, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
