This petition has been filed to enlarge petitioners on inter state anticipatory bail in the event of arrest by respondent Police in Crime No.314 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. 2.It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that defacto-complainant got married to the first accused on 28.07.2021. Alleging dowry harassment and cruelty, defacto-complainant gave complaint against the petitioners who are her husband, parents-in-law and sister-in-laws. The allegations in the First Information Report are totally false. Therefore, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioners have to move anticipatory bail before the Court having jurisdiction i.e., Hon'ble High Court of Bombay or before concerned Court.

4.In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for parties, that the allegations made in the First Information Report relate to matrimonial dispute along with generalized allegation of dowry harassment and cruelty, this Court gives four weeks time for petitioners to approach the concerned Court for seeking anticipatory bail, from the date of receipt copy of this order. Meanwhile, respondents are directed not to arrest the petitioners.
