extent of 96.08 square meters in favour of the Petitioner herein.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submit that the Respondents have executed sale deeds in favour of the Petitioner and he has made an endorsement to that effect. Nothing remain for further consideration in the Writ Petitions. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent events. No costs.
