This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 355 days in paying Court fees of Rs.4250/- in appeal against the Judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.159 of 2015 dated 28.04.2023 on the file of Additional District Judge (FAC), Namakkal District.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 355 days is condoned.
