Prayer: Civil Original Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the Judgment and Decree passed in C.M.A.No.2 of 2013 dated 25.04.2014 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham, Vellore by confirming the order and decree passed in I.A.No.385 of 2013 in O.S.No.154 of 2013 dated 25.10.2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gudiyatham, Vellore.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 25.04.2014 passed in C.M.A.No.2 of 2013 on the file of Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham, Vellore. The petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.154 of 2013 wherein the petitioners had also filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.385 of

2013, for interim injunction. The Trial Court had dismissed the said interlocutory application on 25.10.2013. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners had preferred civil miscellaneous appeal which also came to be dismissed by the Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham, Vellore on 25.04.2014. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have preferred this civil revision petition. There is no merits in the present civil revision petition.

2. It is noticed that the suit is of the year 2013. The petitioner has to work out the remedy in the suit. Consequently, the present civil revision petition is liable to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed. The Court below is therefore directed to dispose the suit within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
