14507/2019) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RICHARDSON WILSON FOR M/S.P.WILSON ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.DURAISAMI, SC FOR M/S.MUTHUMANI DORAISAMY, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by petitioners/respondents in the above appeal seeking permission to deposit a sum of Rs.29,52,756/- being the entire decree amount as directed by learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, in O.S.No.34 of 2016 under order dated 14.08.2018 along with interest on the advance amount from 09.11.2018 to 30.04.2019 to the credit of the above appeal.

2. Learned counsel for respondent/appellant has no objection to allow this petition without prejudice to his contentions to be raised in the above appeal.
