Prayer in CRL MP No. 8750 of 2026: This Criminal Miscellaneous petitions is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to amend the trial case number as S.T.C.No.1941 of 2022 instead of S.T.C.No.747 of 2024 in the revision Petition in Crl.R.C.No.784 of 2026 and pass such further or others orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render Justice.

Mr.S.Balaji, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER This petition has been filed seeking an extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 07.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6156 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.784 of 2026. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a typographical error has crept into the prayer clause of the petition, wherein the case number has been inadvertently mentioned as "STC No. 747 of 2024" instead of the correct number, "STC No. 1941 of 2022". 3.In view of the submissions made, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the prayer of the main Criminal Revision Case, the miscellaneous petition, as well as in the previous order dated 07.04.2026, substituting "STC No. 1941 of 2022" in place of "STC No. 747 of 2024".

After carrying out the said amendments, the Registry is further directed to upload the amended version of the order dated 07.04.2026. 4.

as directed earlier, and assigns reasons for the delay. 5.Hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. 6.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petition are allowed and the time for executing the sureties by the petitioner is hereby extended till before 10.06.2026 and the amendment is ordered as prayed for. 21-05-2026 SHA Note:- 1.Registry is directed to forthwith upload this order in the official website of this Court.
