ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service in the post of driver on completion of 480 days of service driver within a period of 24 months and grant him all other consequential monetary and other service benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to in law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already been complied with by an order dated 30.08.2019.

4. In view of the above observation, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
