ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the refund claim made by the petitioner on 21.01.2014 had already been complied. However, the petitioner is at liberty to claim any other benefit for which he is legally entitled, in the manner known to law.
With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
