C.M.P.No.15137 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.4555 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN,J.

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of164 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.18,461/- in C.M.A as against the Award dated 15.07.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.226 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special District Judge), Villupuram.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
