ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the offence under Sections 5, 7(3) of Lottery (Regulation) Act 1998 and Section 111, 132, 351(2) of BNS 2023 instead of Section 5, 7(3) of Lottery (Regulation) Act and Sections 132, 351(2) of BNS 2023, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12203 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026.

2. Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition, only offence has been wrongly mentioned, which fact was not seriously disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed and further two weeks time is extended for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12203 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026.
