O R D E R
(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The Government Order under challenge dated 25.03.2015 was also assailed by another person in another PIL being W.P.No.14200/2015. We have dealt with this issue in that matter and issued certain directions, though we have not quashed the said Government Order, as prayed.
2. We believe that it is not appropriate to once again examine the Government Order by another person in another Public Interest Litigation. There is no private lis involved inter se the parties. The issue is thus be governed by the order already passed by us.
3. The Writ petition is accordingly closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions are closed.
